If you are just becoming familiar with energy healing and want a book to help you understand the basics of it, this i Carol Tuttle does a great job explaining our origins, our blueprint for happiness, how our true healer, Jesus Christ, can heal us, how God and His angels help us, empowering us to heal our lives.

It seems her system has worked for her in outstanding ways, but of course she’s not relating the catastrophic failures or written them off as a fault of the persons inability to assimilate her system I’m sure.

I have received some astounding awakenings because of the gift of honesty and inspiration with which Carol writes this book. All the circular thinking about what are we going to do, feelings about how we’d worked and tried so hard and yet, like so many others and I recognized that!

We Have Always Been Whole 9. Helped me find who the real me is and enhance my relationship with my spouse. I need more stars to rate this book.

I felt that it came to me at the right time in my life because it had answers to some questions that I’ve had all my life. By accessing this memory in a meditative state though, I was able to remember with more clarity exactly what happened so that I could fully forgive this woman who had yelled and sworn at me, a 5 year old little girl, for cxrol to collect my paper route money – I was just doing what I was supposed to be doing to earn money and I got in trouble for it!

If you are not experiencing this in your life and you want to, it is time. Tuttle brings in some of her Mormon spirituality into the matter — a perspective with which I do not agree — but it is very easy to substitute one’s own views of a higher power for hers and still do the work she recommends. What did I really want our future to hold.

It was OK from the standpoint of developing positive thinking. If there are parts of your life that you would like to change, give this book a try.

I always wondered how the gospel fit into all of this, or how this fit into the gospel. I feel I can give more and be more and have joy everyday, but as she recommend at the end of the book I will be rereading this book and keeping it at the front of my brain, because it is a process. Carol’s book Dressing Your Truth: I thought that this book followed the format of discussing her energy remembeding program.
